DESCRIPTION:Join via Zoom:  https://bit.ly/SMILE-General \nOAKS AMUSEMENT PARK’S FUTURE PLANS – Oaks Park\, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization\, has been in operation since 1905 and is one of the oldest operating amusement parks in the country. Emily MacKay\, their Marketing and Events Director\, will share the long term vision for the amusement park and answer our questions. \nSMILE BYLAWS UPDATE PROPOSAL – The SMILE bylaws were last updated in 2011.  After much discussion the SMILE Board is recommending several changes to the bylaws ranging from fairly significant to routine housekeeping. \n\n\nRead a brief discussion of the most significant proposed changes HERE.  \n\n\nThe proposed new bylaws document (with track changes) is HERE. \n\n\nThe Board wants your feedback before the neighborhood votes on the proposal at the March 5th General Meeting.  Please review the documents and share your thoughts at the February 5th meeting\, or send them via email to communications@sellwood.org.
