Liquor license applications. There is one liquor license application pending. Marsee Baking located at 1625 SE Bybee has applied for a beer and wine license; comments are due by September 10.
5714 SE 15th Ave. This is the property proposed for subdivision into 4 very small lots. SMILE objected to this proposal on a number of points and held a neighborhood contact meeting with the owner and immediate neighbors at the SMILE Station on June 6. The action is with the City right now and we are expecting a decision or further discussion at any time.
